Form Template for Bribery Reports to be Assessed

The bribery concerns assessment can be used to review bribery concern reports which have been submitted/received using the F-AB1 Bribery Concerns Report. 

The concerns assessment is marked as confidential and can be used to determine whether a bribery concern is actual bribery or not. 

The template follows the following structure: 

• Overview of Concern Reported 
• Review/Investigation Findings
• Conclusions (Outcome of Investigation) 
• Recommendations
• Review/Closed By

This file can be used to support efforts in maintaining ISO 37001 compliance.
